What is Neuromodulation?
Neuromodulation is the process by which nervous activity is regulated by controlling the physiological levels of nerve activity through the delivery or stimulus through a chemical agent or electrical current to the specific area of nerves causing the pain signals. This, in most cases is achieved by surgically implanting a device which distributes either a chemical substance or electrical current directly to the area of pain which blocks the transmission to the brain and masks the pain sensation.
Designed to target specific areas of the brain or spinal cord, as opposed to pharmaceutical treatments that target the whole body
Easily reversible if patients wish to stop treatment, enabling physicians to immediately remove the stimulating device
We currently supply a variety of Neuromodulation products to both the NHS and Private Healthcare Sector and can offer full training and product demonstrations upon request. Alternatively, if you have any questions or would like to speak to one of our experienced Neuromodulation product specialists then please feel free to contact us on 01233 822069.
Diros Owl RF Lesion Generator
The innovative Diros Owl Lesion Generator uses electrical currents to heat up specific areas of nerve tissue within the body through the use of RF Cannula Probes which are inserted into the targeted nerve area to create a lesion (pain blocker) around the affected area.
Neurimpulse Peripheral Nerve Stimulation System
The Neurimpulse System uses Peripheral Light Pulse Nerve Stimulation Technology to distribute a pre-programmed current to the affected nerve area to create a lesion. In result, the lesion acts as a pain blocker and stops the pain signals travelling to the brain.

Innovative new technologies such as Neuromodulation have been developed to offer an alternative therapy for chronic pain management. Although in its infancy, we believe that these types of treatments will soon be a preferred treatment option for people suffering with chronic pain and so our aim is to become the UK’s leading Neuromodulation Company.
