    The Diros OWL® URF-3AP Lesion Generator with Multilesion Adapter (MLA-4) are designed and produced for the upmost safety, accuracy, ease of use, and longevity. With an in-built impedance monitor, nerve stimulator, and lesion generator, the user is able to safely and efficiently deliver continuous or pulsed radiofrequencies in Monopolar, Bipolar, or QuadrapolarTM Modes.

    How it Works

    The Diros OWL® URF-3AP Lesion Generator with Multilesion Adapter (MLA-4) solely controls up to four RF Probes simultaneously. The system can be entirely customised to the user’s requirements with the following features available:
    • Impedance monitoring during all modes simultaneously up to 4 channels.
    • Sensory and motor stimulation available as constant voltage or current modes.
    • Continuous or pulsed monopolar, bipolar, dual bipolar, or patent pending QuadrapolarTM RF Lesion modes.
    • Automatically controlled RF output with simultaneous with staggered starts or manual RF output control.
    • The integral RF Probe and Cable tester allows user to check cable and probe functionality, including electrical continuity, power delivery, and temperature accuracy.
    • History Recorder with download to a USB flash drive capability, allowing the user to save the last 127 procedures.
    • Customised user presets allow up to five users to save/store the display and procedure parameters as the default settings with optional password protection.
    • Over 17 languages to choose from including: English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korea, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and Dutch.

  • Flowonix Prometra II Pump Catheter Flowonix Prometra II Pump
    The Flowonix Prometra II delivers pain medication directly into the fluid surrounding the spinal cord. The pain medication is an intrathecal infusion of preservative-free morphine sulfate solution which is indicated for chronic intrathecal infusion of baclofen injection sterile solution. The pain medication can be delivered using an automated medication pump that is implanted under the skin. This means that the pain therapy can be managed by lower doses of medication which can be delivered directly to the damaged nerves to relieve pain quickly and efficiently. Sterile preservative-free 0.9% saline solution may be used when therapy is interrupted to maintain catheter potency.

    How it Works

    The Flowonix Prometra II System is a programmable pump which is implanted under the skin. It is filled with a prescribed amount of specialized pain medication and then programmed by the physician to deliver a preset amount of medication on a certain schedule. The pump is surgically implanted under the skin of the abdomen with a narrow catheter leading to a target directly inside the spinal cord. A precise mechanism then automatically delivers the medication as prescribed by the physician. This means the patient never has to remember when and how much medication to take everyday. Periodically the patient will then need to return to the physician in order to refill the pump with the pain medication. This procedure is as simple as a routine injection.

    How it Works

    Lightpulse simulators are especially designed for peripheral stimulation, allowing an easy and comfortable positioning during the implant near the painful area. This allows for an effective stimulation with less energy required, giving them a long life-span. Lightpulse simulators give to the physician the opportunity of choosing, at any time, the stimulation in constant voltage or constant current, by giving full freedom of therapeutic treatment.
    • Daily Function: Daily programming of the switch on/off hour with one minute resolution.

    The RF Trident™ Cannula is designed for Radio Frequency Lesioning of Nerves and allows for a faster procedure, less exposure to X-Ray and a shorter patient recovery time with longer-lasting pain relief.     How it Works

    Once the TridentTM Cannula’s tip reaches the patient’s nerve, 3 tines are then easily deployed with a simple manipulation of the handle. The tine configuration allows for retraction and deployment and is similar to a pyramid, resulting in a pyramid-like shaped lesion with large base encompasses the nerve.
